1 - By cheque by post Send your printed form along with a cheque in Pounds Sterling for the correct amount made payable to Cirio Publishing Services Ltd.
2 - By credit/debit card by post or fax Send/fax your printed form with your credit/debit card details completed.
3 - Electronically without card details Please complete the form up to this point, click on "Send" and then either telephone or fax us with your credit/debit card details.
4 - Electronically using your card details that we hold on file If you have previously ordered from the Cactus File, you may complete the form up to this point, click "Send" and we'll use credit/debit card details that we currently have on file for you.
5 - Electronically with card details (see WARNING above) If you are happy using an unsecure server to send your card details, please complete the entire form and click "Send".
